I.Application form dully filled in all respect along with the unstamped self-addressed envelop.(9'4'
size.

II.Attested copy of the CHSE mark sheet and provisional certificate.

III.Money Receipt of Rsl50/- or 200/- as the case may be in original, issued by the office.

IV.Stamp size coloured  photographs (4nos).

V.Xerox copy of the HSC certificate, issued by the B.S.E, Orissa..

CLAIM FOR ADMISSION

Admission into the college can not be claimed as a matter of right. Merit and conduct of a   student shall b
the prime factors for the admission                        -

IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE REGARDING ADMISSION, DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL IS FINAL & BINDING.

ADMISSION LETTER-

Admission letter shall be sent to the selected candidates by Regd. Post.. The date and time for admission along with the documents required must have been mentioned in the admission letter.

ORIGIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.

I.College leaving Certificate (CLC) in original.

II.Conduct Certificate from the head of the institution last attended (original).

III.Four copies of recent stamp size coloured photographs of the candidate.

IV.Provisional certificate and mark sheet (both original & Xerox) issued by the CHSE, Orissa.

VBoard certificate (original and Xerox) issued by the BSE Orissa for verification of Date of birth.

  E-Admission .

IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE REGARDING ADMISSION, DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL IS FINAL AND BINDING.   (   IN CONSULTATION WITH THE C.H.S.E AUTHORITY.).
